Instructions for use

Cleaning: After cleansing your face, make sure your face is dry.

Calm (Smooth Side): Flip the record and use the smooth side gently, pat your face to ensure the essence is absorbed and to soothe your skin.

Localized Mask (Intensive Action): For a more focused treatment on irritated areas, with redness or pimples, you can apply the disc (smooth side) and let it act as a mini-mask for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Continued: Remove the pad and continue with your usual serum and moisturizer. No rinsing is necessary.
