What is K-Ritual?

It's the Korean skincare routine that the 7 K-Ritual designs through a complex algorithm to match your skin type, the care you seek, and your daily availability to dedicate to facial care.

What does the Korean skincare routine consist of?

It consists of 7 steps: Double cleansing, Exfoliation, Toning, Treatment, Mask, Hydration and Sun protection.

To follow this routine, there are 10 steps, where the greatest emphasis is on cleansing, which in the case of the Korean routine consists of 2 steps, and on sun protection, where many sunscreen products also serve a moisturizing function.

What is a K-Step?

It's one of the 10 steps in the Korean skincare routine:

Are all the brands available at 7 K-Ritual Korean?

Yes, at 7 K-Ritual we sell skincare products from Korean brands, manufactured in South Korea.

Are the products certified and approved by Infarmed or other competent authorities?

All products sold at 7K-Ritual are certified and approved by the CPNP ( Cosmetic Products Notification Portal ) of the European Union, and subsequently approved by INFARMED.

CPNP guarantees consumer safety and compliance with regulations within the European Union (EU) for all skincare products in the European market.

Does 7K-Ritual sell vegan and cruelty-free products?

Yes, IUNIK, Haruharu Wonder, and TOCOBO are brands available at 7 K-Ritual that are vegan and cruelty-free certified by PETA (People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals). The brands Abib, Anua, AXIS-Y, Beauty of Joseon, Biodance, Jumiso, Medicube, MIXSOON, Numbuzin, Purito SEOUL, Pyunkang Yul, ROUND LAB, and SKIN1004 are widely recognized, certified (PETA, Leaping Bunny), or actively declare that they do not test on animals and do not sell in markets where animal testing is mandatory.

I am allergic to some components or ingredients in cosmetic products. How can I find out which products I should avoid?

Korean cosmetic products are largely formulated for sensitive skin, using natural extracts and minimalist ingredient lists.
One example of these formulas are Mixsoon's Essences, which sometimes contain only 2 or 3 ingredients.

All products sold at 7K-Ritual have an ingredient list, so we recommend that you check if this list includes any ingredient or component to which you are allergic.

If you have any questions about the ingredients or new information, we recommend consulting your dermatologist.

Can I pick up my order at a specific location of my choosing?

Yes. In addition to delivery via a courier service that will deliver to your address, we also offer a delivery option that allows you to choose a collection point, subject to the courier's availability, or one of our collection points, currently located in Lisbon.

What happens if I'm not home at the time and date my order is delivered to my address?

In the case of GLS, GLS leaves a Delivery Notice. The order is taken to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop . The recipient has 10 business days to pick up the order at the Parcel Shop , presenting a photo ID.

In the case of CTT (Portuguese postal service), the postman leaves a Delivery Notice. This notice indicates where (and when) the order will be available for collection. The order is transported to the CTT station or CTT store indicated on the notice. The collection period is 6 business days.
